Dr Bryan Liew

Dentist

Dr Liew (Khai Yi) graduated with upper honours and earned a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland. He is a proud member of the Australian Dental Association.

As a teenager, Dr Liew wore braces, which sparked his interest in dentistry. He began to observe nice smiles and wanted to one day help his own patients reach their smile goals.

Today, he is particularly interested in endodontics (root canal treatment), porcelain aesthetic restorations and biomimetic dentistry, which focuses on restoring teeth to a natural-like strength and function. Dr Liew is also active in professional courses to increase his expertise to better serve his patients’ needs. It always makes his day when patients can regain confidence in their smiles or recover from any discomfort their toothache caused.

Outside of work, Dr Liew loves playing games, making music, and experimenting with specialty coffee at home. He is from Malaysia, where he learned to speak multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Stephanie

Stephanie's dedication to dentistry led her to pursue further education, and she relocated to Wagga Wagga, NSW, to undertake a three-year Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy. Despite originally hailing from the Hunter Valley, Stephanie chose to settle in Tamworth, as she desired to be closer to home without compromising her love for the country lifestyle.

As an active member of the Dental Hygienist Association of Australia, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and is committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in oral health. Stephanie started her passion for dentistry as a dental nurse; she has over ten years of expertise in both General Dentistry and Paediatric Dentistry.

Stephanie's professional interests lie in restorative work for children and the treatment of periodontal disease. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients through patient education. Stephanie firmly believes that a better understanding of dental conditions empowers patients to make informed decisions about their individualized treatment options.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys the outdoors with her dog, Harley, exploring the beauty of Tamworth. She maintains a healthy lifestyle by frequenting the gym and takes pleasure in trying out the various cafes in town. Stephanie's dedication to patient care and passion for her work make her a valuable asset to our practice.

Kayleen has always had a keen interest in teeth from an early age. Her journey began in a denture clinic as an acrylic dental technician, later moving into a larger- scale lab. After having her son, she transitioned into dental assisting before deciding to further her studies in Oral Health Therapy and Hygiene.
