The principal dentists of Oasis Smiles Dental, Dr Daniel Raditaolana and Dr Naledi Mosarwa, are a husband and wife team, both graduated in dentistry in Ireland. Oasis Smiles Dental is a family-orientated practice with a strong emphasis on preventive dental care and general dentistry.

Dr Daniel Raditaolana
Dr Daniel Raditaolana is a graduate of University College Cork, Ireland. He worked in private practices in regional areas in NSW including Inverell, Wollongong and Nowra before Daniel and his wife Dr Naledi Mosarwa took over Oasis Smiles Dental in Tamworth. He loves being In Tamworth and says it felt like home from day one.
Daniel likes to provide a full range of treatment options and gives patients the information needed to make it easier to make fully informed decisions regarding their dental treatment. He brings warmth and calm to the practice and looks after patients of all ages. He is very thorough and gentle with patients and always willing to spend extra time with very nervous and anxious patients.
Daniel has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and dental implants and is committed to attending ongoing training and seminars in all areas of dentistry so he can provide patients with the best and most current dental treatments available. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association and fully registered with the APHRA dental board.
Daniel and Naledi are originally from Botswana. Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and their delightful son Zac and daughter Bella.
Dr Naledi Mosarwa
Dr Naledi Mosarwa graduated from one of Ireland’s most prestigious colleges, Dublin Dental School and Hospital, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. She has worked in regional NSW including Dubbo and Wollongong before Naledi and her husband, Dr Daniel Raditaolana took over Oasis Smiles Dental in Tamworth.
Naledi has a special interest in oral medicine and paediatric dentistry. Dr Naledi loves working with children and is committed to making their experience positive and fun. She is very thorough with her mouth cancer screening and does it as part of the comprehensive oral examination. The goal of mouth cancer screening is to identify mouth cancer or precancerous conditions early, when there is a greater chance of cure. Naledi is a member of the Oral Medicine Academy of Australasia.
Naledi is very committed to continuing dental education and keeping up to date with advances in dentistry so she can offer the best treatment for patients. She is fully registered with the Australian dental board, AHPRA.
Naledi and Daniel are originally from Botswana. She enjoys travelling and spending time with family, especially their delightful son, Zachary and daughter, Bella.
Dr Bryan Liew
Dr Liew (Khai Yi) graduated with upper honours and earned a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland. He is a proud member of the Australian Dental Association.
As a teenager, Dr Liew wore braces, which sparked his interest in dentistry. He began to observe nice smiles and wanted to one day help his own patients reach their smile goals.
Today, he is particularly interested in endodontics (root canal treatment), porcelain aesthetic restorations and biomimetic dentistry, which focuses on restoring teeth to a natural-like strength and function. Dr Liew is also active in professional courses to increase his expertise to better serve his patients’ needs. It always makes his day when patients can regain confidence in their smiles or recover from any discomfort their toothache caused.
Outside of work, Dr Liew loves playing games, making music, and experimenting with specialty coffee at home. He is from Malaysia, where he learned to speak multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
Dr Ashima Kumar
Dr Ashima Kumar earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Nagpur University, Wardha in Central India and her dental degree from Royal Melbourne Dental College and Hospital in Australia. She is a proud member of AustraliaAsian Dentists.
Since she was a child, Dr Kumar has wanted to treat patients—even employing a toy syringe to treat her family’s ailments. They called her a healer. As she grew older, she enjoyed art, painting and craftwork.
Today, Dr Kumar loves being a dentist—the perfect combination of health and artistry—and is committed to providing the highest standard of care to her patients. She also works in partnership with her patients, offering advice for at-home oral hygiene routines. She is known for her gentle technique and skill.
When she is away from the dental office, Dr Kumar likes to pursue her interests and hobbies.
