    When you call with an emergency, our reception team will assess the urgency of your situation and provide immediate guidance over the phone. For some emergencies, like a knocked-out tooth, the actions you take in the first few minutes can make a big difference. We'll tell you exactly what to do while you're on your way to our practice.

    Once you arrive, we prioritise getting you out of pain as quickly as possible. Using our diagnostic tools including digital X-rays and our CBCT 3D imaging system, we can quickly assess the problem and recommend the most appropriate treatment. That may mean treating an infection, an emergency extraction, repairing a broken tooth, or root canal treatment to save an infected tooth.

    • • Rinse gently with milk or saline, don't scrub
    • • If possible, gently push the tooth back into the socket
    • • If you can't replant it, keep it moist in milk
