How a health fund claim works

Bring your health fund card
Bring your card to every appointment, along with your Medicare or DVA card if you have one.

We claim on the spot
We process your claim through HICAPS before you leave, so your rebate comes off the bill straight away.

You pay only the gap
You pay the difference, and can spread it out with Afterpay, Humm or DentiCare if that helps.
Your rebate depends on your fund and your level of extras cover. Ask us for a treatment quote and you can check it with your fund before you go ahead.
Government Programs
Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Eligible children aged 0 to 17 can receive up to $1,158 (2026 cap) in dental benefits over two calendar years. This covers a range of dental services including check-ups, x-rays, fillings, and extractions.
We bulk bill for eligible services under the CDBS, meaning there's no out-of-pocket cost for covered treatments.
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
We're proud to support our veterans and their families. We accept DVA Gold and White cards for eligible dental treatments.
Please bring your DVA card to your appointment so we can process your claim directly.
